Firstly, there are three different kinds of sushi´s cuts, once the client chooses the cut, he can pass to the proteins, vegetables and additions area. Secondly, the stuff is responsible for putting together the roll, cut it and pack it. The model proposes a quick and healthy alternative directed to people living, working and visiting the area of Quinta Paredes located in Teusaquillo, having in mind the strong and growing presence in hotels, public and private entities and local conventions, trade shows and households.
