  • This article was created based on the need to describe the operation, evolution and principal learning’s developed beyond the years by the principal enterprises in Colombia and the world, over a current and real context. In order to accomplish the objective, indicators were defined and grouped in four variables, namely: Area Evolution, Strategic Platform, Division and Coordination of Labor; where the information was organized for analysis. The analysis of those variables and the use of the investigative tool created by the Corporate Research Group Durability (GIPE), Faculty of Management at the University of Rosario, allowed to know how works the social responsibility area in Davivienda Bank. The outcomes show how that bank articulates initiatives and projects transversally throughout all the organization.
