Entrepreneurship is a characteristic of leadership that can contribute to the economic progress of a country. For entrepreneurship as a skill to be present in individuals, there must be a set of variables related to internal and external factors to thrive their development. Based on the above, this work is to analyze the effect of cultural factors in entrepreneurship, as a characteristic of leaders, through a literature review, which allows, through the presentation of their findings, to understand these phenomena more comprehensively.
