The present document made a case study in a Colombian company of agricultural sector, to evaluate and understand the organizational climate of this. The study took place one measures of organizational climate through the implementation of the tool IMCOC developed by Carlos Eduardo Mendez Alvarez. This measurement was developed to measure the impact on perceptions of organizational climate that have employees of Piscicola Fish Flow Ltda. Develop recommendations that help to solve the problems identified as consequence of the implementation of the study.
