This project describes the area of social responsibility in AV VILLAS Bank. To carry out this description, several aspects were studied such as: the importance of social responsibility for the organization, the structure of the area of social responsibility in the company, how the decisions are made under this concept, and who is the people involved directly and indirectly among others. Components of the organizational structure of the social responsibility inside the company are specified. Also, there is a positive evidence that the accomplishment of the objectives is related with the proper execution of socially responsible practices.
