abstract

  • The Restaurante Trotamundos SAS, would be a Food Truck, specialized in the elaboration and commercialization of gourmet food with international flavor, fast, to take away and without complications. Our preparations are based in the consumption of bovine meat with flavor of different countries, our target consumer are university students and young professionals, which would be located in Chapinero, Teusaquillo and Usaquen. In order to facilitate the access to our products for our customers, which are so distant one to another around Bogota, Trotamundos would work in a modern truck with kitchen design according with the legislation for traditional restaurants and with optimum hygiene standards and quality in the management of the food. Currently in Bogota there are approximated 60 Food Trucks, which served a width spectrum of products, including juices and desserts also main courses, with fast food tendencies, such as pizza or hamburgers. Our main difference with the competition would be a whole meal, which should be made in competitive times and which fair prices. In order to gain recognition for our business, the Food truck would look like as an old travel trunk from the 20´s, in addition to the Food truck, we would support our marketing strategy with flyers and social networks.
