For the following work, the Joint Ventures of two companies Alicio Clothing and HAM (Custome Made) must be named, HAM is a company dedicated to the creation of personalized formal shirts for men, being an excellent strategic all to enter in the formal market and to add value to the product portfolio, the production process of HAM like Alicio is very handmade and had countless restrictions due to the context of the sector in which they are part of and the bargaining power of supplier.
