Congruencia entre los valores personales y organizacionales y su influencia con el engagement en el trabajo : estudio de caso en una organización del sector salud

The personnel management capacity has become an imperative for modern organizations. Therefore they are being introduced topics such as administration values and the engagement of workers. However, the relationship between these two not yet been studied. The present study aims to analyze the effect of the degree of articulation and recognition of organizational and personal and organizational values on levels of employee engagement. Inventory to Measure Articulation between the person and the Organization Inventory (APO) and Utrecht Work Engagement: A sample consisting of 54 workers of an organization in the health sector of Bogota who were applied to them two scales was used for this research Scale (UWES). The main result was obtained that the three dimensions considered predictors of engagement, only the recognition of organizational values had a statistically significant effect.
