  • One of the most complex challenges companies face nowadays is to obtain the results that lead to sustainability through time. Usually innovation is seen as a strategy to improve short-term results and leadership works as an enabler for its implementation. Nevertheless, the innovation can be seen as a central part of the business system and the leadership practices can be seen as facilitators that allow improving not only short-term but also mid- and long-term results. Based on the above, we developed a case study for the AmeriTel campaign in Teleperformance Colombia in order to analyze the association between leadership and innovation with its results, and how this relation is reflected in the sustainability of the campaign. According to the findings, it is possible to observe the performance of a result-focused campaign, how it changes the perspective and effectiveness of all the employees, passing from the innovation as a new managerial model seen as a strategy, to the same model seen as innovation within the business system, the cycle of change and the appliance of an effective leadership.
