• The present study aimed to review the concepts of leadership, organizational climate and productivity, in order to find evidence of the relationship between these concepts. A review of articles published through the databases is done, and the relationship between these organizational variables is described. Finally, the concept of productivity is reviewed and discussed as the variables studied could have an effect on it.
