Este trabajo es el resultado de una investigación realizada mediante la metodología investigación acción participativa, en la que se investigó con un grupo focal de oficiales de cumplimiento sobre los problemas de la implementación del Sarlaft 4.0 en Colombia.
This work is the result of an investigation carried out using the participatory action research methodology, in which a focus group of compliance officers was investigated on the problems of the implementation of Sarlaft 4.0 in Colombia.
