Resumen
- La presente obra realiza una descripción del proceso de investigación que se derivó del interés institucional por definir los fines y medios de acción del Instituto Rosarista de Acción Social-Rafael Arenas Ángel. El cual surge como una forma de generar sentido y significado a los procesos de proyección social de la Universidad del Rosario. La investigación se desarrolló a través de tres componentes: conocimiento situado en investigación, diálogo de saberes y agentes de inversión social, con los cuales se hicieron presentes el balance de la investigación social de la Universidad las percepciones que sobre la acción social tienen académicos, estudiantes y directivos y el comportamiento de la inversión social desde ámbitos nacionales o internacionales respectivamente. Sus resultados reflejan diferentes perspectivas de asumir la proyección social universitaria.
- This work describes the research process derived from the institutional interest in defining the purposes and means of action of the Instituto Rosarista de Acción Social-Rafael Arenas Ángel. This arose as a way to generate sense and meaning to the processes of social projection of the Universidad del Rosario. The research was developed through three components: situated knowledge in research, dialogue of knowledge and agents of social investment, with which the balance of the social research of the University, the perceptions that academics, students and directors have about social action and the behavior of social investment from national or international spheres, respectively, were made present. Their results reflect different perspectives of assuming the university's social projection.
