La presente investigación busca analizar la forma como los periódicos nacionales y regionales más importantes del país han presentado las causas de la deforestación amazónica en Colombia y sus posibles soluciones con el fin de no solo caracterizar los discursos políticos en el tema, sino también promover un debate público abierto entre actores interesados. Se pretende impulsar un análisis de contenido y de discurso para comprender la complejidad política de la deforestación amazónica, caracterizar los discursos en el tema e identificar los discursos dominantes y alternativos.
This research seeks to analyse the way in which the country's most important national and regional newspapers have presented the causes of Amazon deforestation in Colombia and its possible solutions in order to not only characterise the political discourses on the issue, but also to promote an open public debate among interested actors.
