Barajas Sandoval, Eduardo  |  Faculty Member

A career professor at the Faculty of International, Political and Urban Studies, he graduated as a lawyer from the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario. He obtained master's degrees in Political Science and Government at the University of Essex, Great Britain, and in Public Companies and Development at the International Institute of Public Administration in Paris.

He has been Head of the Office of Organization of the Public Administration of the Presidency of the Republic, Rector of the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia, Secretary General of the Ministry of Government, Consul General of Colombia in Athens - Greece, Ambassador of Colombia in Greece , accredited as Ambassador to Albania and the Islamic Republic of Iran and Secretary of Education in Santa Fe de Bogotá DC.

Founder of the Faculty of International, Political and Urban Studies of the Universidad del Rosario, where he served as Dean until 2015. As of January 2016 he is a career professor on the ‘Great Challenges of America’.
