Graduate Diploma in International Law (Cali)  |  Degree

The Graduate Diploma in International Law seeks to consolidate a training proposal for specialists in the field, with a holistic, integral, theoretical and practical view of the different areas of international law. To that end, the program covers the fundamental institutions of public and private international law, in order to look in greater depth at various areas of international law that are relevant to national and international issues and situations. These include security regimes and terrorism, international environmental law and international business law.The program also provides the opportunity for practical, analytical and critical study of themes addressed in classical international law, such as outer space law (outer space law), the international responsibility of states, international criminal law and international human rights law. Furthermore, the program offers theoretical and critical analysis of international law, helping students to understand, critique and propose modifications to international law in its current form and to how the field is taught. In this sense, the Graduate Diploma in International Law is of a generalist nature and offers subjects that address both public and private international law.
