The aims of this program are:Provide comprehensive training that helps our specialists to become ethical and competent individuals who are able to lead different development processes.Produce specialists who possess expert knowledge in the theoretical areas that underpin the practice of the specialty, in addition to skills, abilities and other knowledge that equip them to work in modern ophthalmology.Encourage residents to develop critical thinking and self-questioning abilities, in order to design strategies towards a constant search for scientific truth.Promote the development of an educating atttitude towards colleagues, patients, family members and healthcare personnel.
