The program is implemented based on theoretical and methodological foundations that enable better academic coverage in the field of administrative law as a whole. Colombian administrative law has close links with French administrative law, and the structure of the graduate diploma is also supplemented and updated with emerging trends from Germany and Spain that have nourished the discipline over time.The program enables knowledge acquired in the undergraduate degree in Public Law to be consolidated and deepened, with a particular emphasis on administrative law underpinned by lectures that include workshops, seminars, case law analysis and, in general, teaching tools that facilitate learning.
