The doctoral program in law is oriented towards training students to develop research skills that will meet local and regional needs for knowledge generation and reflection in the legal and socio-legal fields. It has an interdisciplinary and comparativist focus that results in original and significant contributions to solving the problems addressed.The teaching and learning process of the doctorate is supported by the experience and participation of the professors who form part of the research groups in the Faculty of Jurisprudence, which have been ranked by Colciencias in the A1 (Public Law and Human Rights) and A (Private Law, International Law and Criminal Law) categories.
