The Master’s in Law offers three study focuses that correspond to the research strengths of the Faculty of Jurisprudence: Constitutional law, private law, and human rights and transitional justice. The program provides tools to analyze, interpret and generate solutions to the specific problems of these disciplines by offering study plans and teaching and training methodologies that are aligned with the program modes of research and further study.The general study framework combines the realities of these three focuses with legal theory as a cross-cutting element.
