This technical article delves into the definition, argumentation and demonstration of a communication phenomenon called regionalism informative. This problem involves the private and regional television channels and shows the state responsabilities. In order to validate the hypothesis of the existence of regionalism informative, it was carried out a research that recollects quantitative and qualitative data, together with the valuable information provided by specialist in the area, helped uncover the most relevant features of this modern phenomenon. It was determined that the relationship between commercial interests and private TV stations is a substantial risk to the healthy practices of television service. Against this backdrop, it was found that regional channels take supreme importance of the ideals and objectives for which they were created.
