The present work is an analytical study based on the strategic sector of confections framed in the strategic direction of Confecciones Sifer Ltda company. Also, it shows the sector background which has been conditioned by the behavior of different aspects that affect the companies, additionally, in order to have a better perspective of each company, there were interviews with the managers so it could be identified similar elements in their activities, after that, the data were evaluated and analyzed through four tests proposed by the Structural Analysis of Strategic Sectors (SASS).
