abstract

  • The radio in Colombia has been the most important media in the country. However, radio has entered a transition, going from analog to digital, which opens the door to new challenges and new ways of doing radio in the country. This documentary shows how Radio Todelar, based on the daytime news of La Voz de Bogotá, has been approaching the digital, while at the same time being the representation of analog radio in Bogotá and Colombia. Its methods and dynamics have been transformed to the extent that the deputy director of the newscast, Angélica Porras, proposes new forms and approaches to the digital. For his part, the director of the news program, José Fernando Porras, continues to aspire to the contribution of analog radio while acknowledging the way in which the new platforms and the latest communication channels are a phenomenon that will greatly change strategies, models and structures of traditional radio in the country. Blu 4.0, Blu Radio's innovation and technology program, appears on the scene to contrast what has been changing and adapting on the radio to face the challenges posed by new technologies in the world of radio communication
