  • One of the major problems that appear in the employment relationship, are the different risks that employees are exposed in their workplace and also the need that companies have to earn profits and to be more competitive in a global economy, which makes it very difficult to determine the durability of them and the possibility of having workers in healthy conditions. The present paper seeks to identify the perception that Colombian employees have on Occupational Health in Colombia, for which was developed a Likert survey to more than sixty representatives of different companies from every economy sector, with the obtained results and previous information analysis, is intended to propose some suggestions that may contribute to the continuous improvement of the work health conditions.
