Nowadays, one of the biggest questions that nascent companies face is how can they enhance the capabilities inside the organization? This question, arises after the world went through an economic, technological, politic, social and organizational process, well known as globalization. The globalization, has resulted in a growing openness for communication, causing that in the organizational environment all companies can access to the same information. Due to this, today it is so hard for companies to stay in a situation of advantage in front of the competitors taking into account that all the innovation that appears in the market can be easily copied by the competitors. All of this, demands the developing of new flexible capabilities than can accommodate to a constantly changing environment by integrating different tools that allow the firm to lead to a more resilient advantage (Rivera & Figueroa, 2013).
