This investigation deals with the official press censorship exercised by the government of Gustavo Rojas Pinilla (1953-1957). Starting with the case of La Unidad weekly journal, a publication that was placed in opposition, the aim is to understand the dynamics of censorship and its characteristics. It also addresses the responsiveness of various publications to survive and live with censorship. The study period of this project runs from 1953 to 1955.
