In this paper the definition of the variables addressed in what is called positive psychological capital, resilience, its main characteristics and some socio-demographic variables in the study intended to see the level of relationship between each of them (directly or indirectly) in the process resilient a person for further discussion and involvement in enterprise management and its future directions.
