  • In this document is demonstrated how the organizational performance from a business, talking by performance as the profits generated by the organization, is modified by the practices or methodologies used, applied and integrated for each one of the components of the Supply Chain. That’s why the principal purpose is to show the relation between the components of the Supply Chain and the profits of the organization. With this were found, multiple activities that take place over the specified processes of each one of the components an in the end, it presents a variability over the profits of the organization. The investigation was done over the Industrial sector and it analyses a great part of it. The importance of the investigation is the result that it deliver, the knowledge of quite good practices used in the different components of the Supply Chain, what is been consider as a great implementation with the only idea of reaching high levels of profit performance as a business. For this investigation, papers about real national and international business cases were analyzed and used, depending on key situations that show up the hypothesis of the relation between the Supply Chain and the organizational performance. Thays why, even though is correct, that the activities on the Supply Chain are developed and the consequence is a great influence in the increase of the profits, is important that the organizations know the information to have an idea to develop competitive advantage that make them top businesses and give them greater profits, or by the other way, make them have greater savings over costs and high benefits that will give them the opportunity of making investments in practices that in long terms will make the organization a prosper and efficient one.
