Evaluación de la contribución a la materialización de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible de las prácticas ambientales de las Sociedades de Beneficio e Interés Colectivo en la ciudad de Bogotá

This study focuses on the city of Bogotá, as it is the capital of the country and the highest meeting point for institutions, the epicenter of the economy, companies, and being the geographical point that brings together 43% of the 421 BIC Societies in the country. , of which 65% are microenterprises and 23% are small companies, with 66% of these 5 or more years of constitution (Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, 2021). Thus, the general objective of this study is to evaluate the contribution to the materialization of the Sustainable Development Goals - SDGs of the environmental practices of the Societies of Benefit and Collective Interest - BIC in the city of Bogotá; For this, 1 chapter will be developed for each specific objective, the first, reference to the analysis of the regulatory framework and public policy related to the environmental practices of the BIC Societies in Colombia and with the actions for compliance with the SDGs in the city of Bogotá ; In a safe place, the practices carried out by the BIC Societies in the city of Bogotá will be characterized and, finally, it will be determined if the environmental practices carried out by the BIC Societies in compliance with current regulations will be sufficient to guarantee the materialization of the actions for the Compliance with the SDGs in Bogotá.
