The present research will bring the reader to a fuller understanding about the current offer of MBA programs presented at major universities worldwide. With a more segmented and specialized approach in the Management School at University of Rosario, is pretend to analyze the professional impact these programs have, which have taken a significant importance in the workforce of companies, both domestic and international.
