The present study of organizational climate and customer service in the Club del Comercio de Bogota analyzes the measurements that were conducted between December 2, 2008 and July 20, 2010. During this period took place two measures of organizational climate through the implementation of the tool IMCOC developed by Carlos Eduardo Mendez Alvarez, and a comparative poll that measured the customer service in the club.These measurements were developed to measure the impact on perceptions of organizational climate that have employees and on the perceptions of customer service that has members of the Club of Commerce of Bogotá as consequence of the implementation of new software Automat, and to develop a strategic plan that help to solve the problems identified.
