This work is the result of the visit to different companies in Syllicon Valley and a process of investigation through themes like startups accelerators, the innovation in business model and innovation in organizational culture. The text describes how innovation in any area of the value chain is fundamental now days to achieve business success and sustainability. In this case, it specifically deepened into the business model and the organizational culture thanks to the evidence through the visits and the support by important authors in the different topics. Additionally, it explains the concept of business incubators and the impact that this has on the company and on the economic development of the region where it is located.
