  • Today, employment is vital for short-term stability, reintegration, economic and business growth. For this reason, it is essential to analyze how the employment relationship contributes to the social reintegration of ex-combatants, especially in areas with a high potential for ecotourism, where employers seek points of convergence that allow increasing productivity, the country's competitiveness in this sector and guaranteeing a social development that again prevents the appearance of violence. Thus, this research seeks to determine strategies for the employment of ex-combatants in the ecotourism sector through a study that includes interviews with company executives and ex-combatants in the municipality of Villanueva - Casanare, with the purpose of identifying actions and activities for the employment relationship. for people in the process of reintegration of the ecotourism sector. Determining the recruitment objectives, selection methods, barriers and recruiting of ex-combatants to generate bonding programs that the sector requires. The results indicate that the ex-combatants possess the skills and characteristics that could increase the productivity of the sector and boost ecotourism in the region and in the country, however, the implications are found in the difficulties and the impact it generates within the organization. link ex-combatants. At the end of the study, it is concluded that, despite the difficulties in linking ex-combatants, their skills and capacities are of great contribution to the development of the sector and business productivity, where different options must be sought that allow flexibility in their connection, guaranteeing well-being, and lasting peace in these regions.
