This document presents the approach of human resources analytics in the sub-process of labor compensation of human resources in a case study of the energy and mining sector with the purpose of getting a scheme that helps the proposal formulation and decision-making process aligned with the strategy of the case study and looking for the staff’s attraction, loyalty, and development. We will use the Methodology Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining (CRISP-DM), where we identify the application of the SCRUM framework, governance of information systems, analytics life cycle management, data visualization, and descriptive and predictive techniques.
