This article seeks to analyze and clarify the possible theoretical differences around feminism, from the exposition of the point of view of the representatives of contemporary American feminist philosophy: Judith Butler and Martha Nussbaum. The authors' theoretical dispute arises from the publication of Butler's book Gender Trouble and the subsequent appearance of a Nussbaum writing entitled The professor of parody.
