In the following work you will find the entire strategy to make a tourist visit to a dairy food plant, along with the necessary requirements and detailed processes of each action to follow. Finally, you will find section by section all the requirements in terms of personnel, animals and spaces, in order to ensure total control of the aspects involved. Finally, it was found that for an optimal tourist visit strategy it is necessary to follow all the guidelines proposed by the government for safety and health at work, in addition to being able to have all the health requirements to be able to avoid a spread taking into account the current situation. Within these strategies, it is evident step by step the aspects to be taken into account for a good organization and optimal requirement of the obligations on the part of the state and health entities.
