In the current context in which organizations are looking to generate actions that respond to the impact of their activities and decisions in their immediate environment, a proposal for the incorporation of the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is developed for the National Fund of Saving (FNA) in order to involve social processes into the entity and also contribute to sustainable development. The document Proposal for Incorporating the Concept and Structuring the Sustainability Area in the National Fund of Saving develops mainly a review and analysis of documents that allow theoretically substantiate the proposed organizational structure to create a working group to lead sustainability CSR actions within the organization. The theoretical analysis begins with the review of the guide ISO 26000 about Social Responsibility, which continues with the study of three degree papers that describe the structure of Corporate Social Responsibility areas used by Helm Bank, Pacific Rubiales, ABB and Skanska, finally two documents that bring together the fundamental concepts of CSR structuring methodologies for incorporation and implementation of CSR within the organization. Following this review, the organizational structure of the Sustainability Group for the National Fund of Saving (FNA) is proposed, where the functions are defined, a description of the charge is made, the processes to be performed by the group and an estimated budget that should be taken into account in the design of the working Group. The purpose is to make the National Fund of Saving include CSR actions and therefore report its contribution to sustainable development and to be recognized as a socially responsible entity.
