  • The following investigation pretends to analyze not only the way in which the Libyan Crisis intervention (2011-2013) was justified under what the R2P Doctrine establish, but also to investigate if it achieve its main objectives. For this purpose, it will be assess if the humanitarian military intervention held by the NATO under the SC resolution 1973 of the UN, was justified under the R2P main objectives and if it partially fulfill with its basic purposes of preventing, reacting and rebuilding in the Libyan Crisis from 2011-2013.
