The following research develops an approximate measurement of the productive capacity and export potential of Colombian companies that process and market cape uchuva, gulupa, granadilla and pitahaya to the outside world. The objective is to provide an analysis of the market of these exotic fruits, through a quantitative measurement that involves the degree of financial asymmetry in the strategic sectors and the participation of the volume of sales made between 2012 and 2016.
