  • The topic Center in this monograph is the analysis of the situation about the human trafficking with sexual purposes especially in women and children in México and Guatemala in the period 2003 - 2014. It is about making a diagnosis of the transnational problem concerning the two States through an internal social study of the countries that allows to determine the efficacy of the international juridical instruments and their effectiveness in terms of achivements and limitations of the social politics at the light of the international treaties signed by México and Guatemala and having in count the particular context of each State.
