The problem of leadership has motivated interesting debates and an increasing amount of specialized bibliography in the recent years. However, the question regarding to the concept of leadership itself hasn’t been cleared at all. Since is not the same to leading a company, a school or a battalion, we are forced to think, not just the different types or groups that we want to leader, but the best kind of leadership we may use in order to reach certain set of goals and certain set of people. Then, in the next pages we are going to take a look at the concept of leadership in the frame of organizational leadership, to highlight its importance. For another hand, we are going to defend transformational leadership as the best kind of leadership we can use to affront the everyday issues in the business world.
