The central purpose of this study is to figure out, understand, contextualize and reinvent the actual managerial work. In the first part of the text the main goal is to comprehend the managerial work reality based on two main authors, Henry Mintzberg and Stefan Tengbld, which expose, from a different scope, managers daily duties; thereafter the objective is to present the influence of the national context in the behaviors and managements models by comparing Swedish and US managers and define the cultural, economic, social and politics variables that modify and customize the managerial work; at the end of the text, after understanding the managerial work from its nature and external variables influence, it intends is to reinvent it from different models and perspectives, taking into account that there is not a unique solution or magic formula, instead of it, each manager should develop and build tools and abilities all over their lives.
