But in this paper grade is taken into account the vision of Carlos Eduardo Mendez Alvarez, who said that customer service is perceived as a technology in which the man in the organization and all available resources to meeting the expectations and customer needs.” It makes use of certain processes and tools that assist the improvement and creation of a culture of customer service in the company which generates a deadline one change within the companys q will be reflected on the outside and towards customers are an essential part of the company.
