In the work, was made an approaching, as comprehensive as possible, about behaviour of the strategic sector allocation and safety. For this approximation were developed quantitative and qualitative tests in order to determine the level of imitation, evaluating how market forces impact the sector under the model of Porter. Additionally, structural analysis was used from MICMAC tool to describe and visualize the relationships between key elements achieving a representation of the dynamic between the company Mas Dotaciones Ltda., and its strategic context.
