Self-efficacy in organizational contexts refers to the belief and confidence that a worker has, about the abilities to work the motivation, taking into account cognitive resources and action courses necessary to plan and successfully completed a specific test of the life. The optimism is studied as that style of explanatory thought, which loads the positive events due to internal, continuous and deep causes, and negative events to external reasons. On the other hand, hope is the ability of every human being to carry out actions that guide it to a desired goal, through the own motivation, safe and positive thinking. Finally, resilience is to have the ability to recover in the face of adversity, failure, or even effective changes that can seem oppressive.
