  • In the course of the recent years, the influence of social factors in developing and precipitating symptoms such as stress, depression, anxiety, somatization, and others have shown more frequently. Within the workplace symptons based on social conditions and the interrelation of its employees within the organization have emerged. This study aimed to review and analyze the concerning influence of labor and environmental psychosocial factors that may incur in the development of symptoms in jobs. As support in the analysis of the different theories that arise about these factors and as a frame of reference the description of the factors that influence the development. The applied Questionnaire QDS4 Adapted by Castillo, analyzes the different symptomatology’s in two companies from different businesses in the city of Bogotá, Colombia. Generating a survey on the presence and its possible development for symptomatology’s within these organizations.
