abstract

  • Throughout history, Colombia has woven its development under the legal and constitutional guidelines that guide a specific society and are contained in its Magna Carta. However, it is also true that one of the problems it has faced the most is drug trafficking. In this regard, the Colombian State, in order to safeguard the legally protected assets of its citizens, has waged a tireless fight against drugs from the legal point of view, from foreign relations and even from the military operational point of view, which has generated many sometimes the undue suffering of unlawful burdens on individual civilians who have supported such eradication efforts in the framework of an internal armed conflict, then having to unjustifiably accept violating acts against their own person or family, from which they seek to study whether this constitutes cause of responsibility of the Colombian State at the internal and international level.
