Discovering Hands (DH) is a project that started in Germany, 2006. The Program was born from the need to give a solution to the serious health problem in which had become the breast cancer; according to the World Health Organization, it is the first cause of women`s death both in developed and less developed countries, in Germany this disease kills about 18.000 women each year. (The Global Journal, 2014)DH trains visually impaired women, in order to identify early signs of breast cancer, because they have more developed sensory skills than a person that is not visually limited. Theirs skills allow them to quickly detect smaller lumps, thus achieving significant reduction of the total cost of treatment, to increase the labor forces of the countries, given these women will become part of the economically active population, and change the perception about disable people around the world, transforming their “disability” into a capability. After some years of testing phase, the program has been greatly improved and expanded both in Germany and other countries (Austria); therefore, a feasibility study was undertaken in countries as Colombia -where the project will be implemented through a pilot project in Cali- México and Argentina. This work is focused on Argentina, which seeks to propose actions to reduce deaths caused by cancer and the increased costs for the healthcare sector of the country. In addition, it has been possible identify the feasibility of the business model, but Argentina has some particular characteristics on its government system that cannot be ignored, because these characteristics can make more complex the implementation of the project in Argentina than in other countries.
