abstract

  • The present review aims to demonstrate how the human resource in health is a determining factor to improve the competitiveness of the sector and even more if it is to turn the country into a reference in sales and exports of health services. For some time now the country has been venturing into this line of the economy, with variable achievements, gradual consolidation and compliance with not very clear objectives. The question is whether human resources are a determining factor that positively or negatively impacts these achievements and for that, how well prepared they are. If not, know what the country and the sector do to improve the conditions and competences of the people.
