This investigation pretends to understand the applicability of the good administration in public procurement sector, as a principle and right that underlies in the transparency, social control, citizen involvement and access to information. The core thesis is to analyze if citizen involvement in public matters, as the central axis of the right of good administration, can mitigate the scourge of corruption that may affect the public procurement in Colombia.
