In this paper it has been identify a strong and positive relationship between transformational leadership and the theory of multiple intelligences. Thus, it has been found that, transformational leaders use, consciously or unconsciously, the theory of multiple intelligences as a tool to potentiate each of his followers and achieve a common goal within organisations.
